Important updates in visa policies

Tourist, business, work, study, humanitarian and private visas.
 
In order to improve visa processing, starting March 3, 2014 the Consular Division of the Embassy accepts only visa applications submitted in person, every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m
 
Please be advised, that if you apply to the Consular Division in person you must choose «Embassy of the Russian Federation in Canada» as the correct destination when filling in the visa application form. The application form must be printed out on a single sheet of paper from both sides and have a destination name and a 12-digit number on top of it
 
All of the other requests must be addressed through the Russian visa application center - "Invisa Logistics Services Canada Ltd" located at: Suite 505, 294 Albert Street, Ottawa, ON, K1P 6E6. Tel. (613) 670 - 1125, Fax. (613) 670 – 1126. Official website: www.canada-ils.com.
 
Diplomatic and official visas.
 
All the requests must be forwarded to the Embassy along with the note of Passport Canada and delivered by its courier services only. 
 
The documents submitted by any other way as stated above and containing visa application forms filled out improperly will be returned without processing. 
 
We would like to pay your attention that Embassy of the Russian Federation, as well as its Consular Division, is a diplomatic representation and misbehavior of applicants will not be tolerated in any way. 
 

 

 

 

The Consular representations of the Russian Federation in Canada accept visa application forms only filled and printed out through the website of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation – http://visa.kdmid.ru.

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Canada does not process visa applications by mail. Please note that if you send your application by mail it will be returned without processing.
 
Starting July 15, 2013, the Consular Division of the Embassy of the Russian Federation accept only visa applications submitted in person or through authorized Russian Visa Centre "Invisa Logistics Services Canada Ltd".
